Vinh Yen Environment and Urban Services Company was formerly known as “Vinh Yen Management and Urban Services Company” was established under Decision No. 646 / QD-UB dated October 14, 1988 of Vinh Phuc People’s Committee.

To conform with the mandate in the new period on May 26, 2003, the People’s Committee of Vinh Phuc province issued Decision No. 1988 / QD-UB changing its name to “Vinh Yen Environment and Urban Services Company”.

Implementing the roadmap for equitization of State owned Enterprises, by 10/3/2011 Vinh Phuc People’s Committee issued Decision No. 630 / QD-CT on transfer of Vinh Yen Environment and Urban Services Company Yen into Vinh Yen Environment and Urban Services Joint Stock Company. In the form of selling part of the existing state capital at the enterprise, the state holds dominant shares.

Functionality:

• Management, environmental sanitation, collection, transportation, treatment of domestic waste, industrial waste in Vinh Yen city and surrounding areas;

• Management and operation of public electricity system; Management of wastewater drainage system in Vinh Yen city;
• Management and care of urban green systems, lawns, separators, flower gardens, parks, seedling services, fresh flowers, bonsai … Cleaning services, hotel restaurant, decoration the exterior of works for organizations and households in the whole province; General service area (petrol station, car wash station, parking lot, car care).

• Management of technical infrastructure projects (public lighting electricity, traffic lights, trees, drainage, sidewalks, etc.) in Vinh Yen city and neighboring districts.
